Skillful youths (Entrepreneur) have the ability to improve standards of living and create wealth not only for his/her self but also for the country by engaging in productive activities. In order not to be left out in a competitive global environment, there is need to promote inclusiveness in that direction. Unproductive youths/women are In bondage of basic needs of life and they live in constant anxiety of when work will be available for them. Many of them are victims of crime, the ideology of terrorism, insurgency, banditry, armed robbery, kidnapping, poor health, depression and social unrest.
