In order not to be left out in a competitive global environment, there is need to promote inclusiveness in that direction. Unproductive youths/women are In bondage of basic needs of life and they live in constant anxiety of when work will be available for them. Many of them are victims of crime, the ideology of terrorism, insurgency, banditry, armed robbery, kidnapping, poor health, depression and social unrest.

Over 19 million children out of school (2023 UNESCO report), 7.6 million girls in Nigeria: 3.9million at the primary and 3.7million at the junior secondary level. More than 50% of girls are not attending school at the basic education level.
